We are excited to introduce you to the Cooking Class service in partnership between Masseria Fanizzi and PugliaKitchen, designed for all food enthusiasts who want to discover the authentic flavors of Puglia's traditional cuisine.
Our Cooking Class service takes place in the suggestive location of Masseria Fanizzi, an ancient fortified farmhouse from the 16th century nestled in the Puglian countryside, perfectly restored and equipped with a modern professional kitchen, designed to offer maximum efficiency in the preparation of dishes.
Our cooking lessons offer a fully immersive experience thanks to the spacious rooms of the Masseria located inside the old iazzo pugliese, a large space with vaulted stone ceilings, ideal for following the lessons with maximum concentration and perfect setting in a unique and welcoming atmosphere that will make your experience even more special.
During the cooking lessons, the expert chef Domenico Bianco will guide you step by step in the preparation of typical Puglian dishes, such as focaccia barese, orecchiette with turnip greens and grilled fish, using only high-quality local products that characterize our land.
The Cooking Class service is available to both Masseria Fanizzi and PugliaKitchen guests and can be highly customized according to guests' needs. Moreover, at the end of the lesson, you can taste the freshly prepared dishes together with our chef in a 360-degree culinary experience.
